Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 343 -- A BILL  to amend and reenact §11A-3-58  of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to distributions to purchasers after land has been redeemed; increasing the amount of expenses that may be paid to a purchaser for expenses incurred in preparing the list of those to be served with notice to redeem and title examination to $500.
